Material Types
DSO regularly machines parts with +/- .0003″ tolerances in a wide variety of materials. Materials pictured here include Tungsten, Titanium, ToughMet, Copper, 17-4, Aluminum, Glass Filled Plastic, Peek, Nitronic, 304SST and Heat Treated Inconel.
Coatings
In addition to the wide variety of material types, DSO also has partnered with many coating and plating suppliers. This allows DSO to manufacture parts complete to print without any additional processing required by our customers. Typical coatings include Copper Plate, Anodize, Armoloy, Rubber Bonding, Nickel Plate, TiCN coating and Laser Cladding.
